Situato a Shizuoka, in un edificio di interesse storico risalente a 100 anni fa, a 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria JR di Ito, l'Historical Ryokan Hostel K's House Ito Onsen offre vasche... From the moment I set foot in K's Hostel, I was entranced. Referring to it as merely a 'hostel' does a great disservice to its outstanding quality. Perfectly poised on the riverbank, it's adjacent to the iconic Tokaikan Former Ryokan. This connection is evident as K's Hostel gracefully integrates historical elements - from authentic wooden fittings and majestic staircases to the splendidly spacious tatami mat bedrooms which whisk you back to a bygone era. The hospitality didn't stop at the gorgeous ambiance; we were gifted two complimentary laundry tokens—a rarity even in many 4-star hotels. Every entry was met with warm, welcoming smiles. And the onsen? It's a delightful indulgence. Imagine bathing in fresh hot spring water amidst pristine facilities; and even with a full house, I often found myself enjoying the onsen in solitude. I'm eager to explore more of what K's Hostel locations have to offer, given this exceptional experience. Highly recommended!

Situated 1.5 km from Takayama Station, Iroriyado Hidaya is a recently renovated 4-star accommodation in Takayama, boasting a garden, a shared lounge and private parking. Kindness of the personnel and service. Cleanliness. Typical japanese house and commodities. Futon used to sleep but very comfortable. We were proposed to be driven to the station since no taxi was available because of the festival period.

Atami Sekaie is set in Atami, 2.6 km from Atami Sun Beach, 25 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station, as well as 35 km from Shuzen-ji Temple. Everything! The staff were so polite and welcoming. The welcome seating and drink while staff helped us check in was so pleasant, our own personal staff to show us to our room, the beautiful room with all the little details or amenities, our own traditional Yakuta to wear to meals, the private onsen and peaceful nature of the ocean view. Everything was amazing!!

Situated in Atami in the Shizuoka region with Atami Sun Beach nearby, SOKI ATAMI features accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a sauna. It was a beautiful retreat that allowed you to unwind in a small coastal town. The traditional Japanese breakfast was wonderful and the onsen amenities were fantastic.

Offering a shared lounge and quiet street view, Toraya is set in Gero, 48 km from Takayama Station and 49 km from Hida Minzoku Mura Folk Village. I like how the property is clean and has a good location.

Situato a Higashiizu, a 4 km dalle sorgenti termali di Atagawa Hot Spring, l'Izu Hokkawa Seaside Guesthouse offre sistemazioni fronte spiaggia, biciclette gratuite, un giardino e un barbecue. The owners of the gutesthouse where super friendly, i felt like home there. They helped me with the planning of short trips around the peninsula, gave me a lot of tipps and answered all my questions. If i could, i would have stayed much longer! The village is very calm and peaceful, and with a short trainride you can go to all the other villages and places around the peninsula. I really enjoyed my stay here! Best guesthouse in japan!
